Situated upon the ground floor, the apartment is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind following an action packed day.
The living room, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, two fashionable armchairs, a coffee table and a flatscreen television, is filled with plenty of natural light, which gracefully pours in through the large, authentic windows.
The elegantly designed kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need in order to prepare a home cooked meal, should you wish to take a break from dining out.Beautiful wooden floors lead you to the warm and welcoming bedroom, which consists of two inviting single beds and bedside cabinets and is the model setting for a good night’s sleep. Completing this stylish accommodation is the apartment’s refreshing bathroom, which is fitted with a toilet, sink and shower enclosure.
Location
Conveniently situated towards the south of the city centre, in the vibrant De Pijp district of Amsterdam, this apartment is perfectly positioned just a few minutes away from the majestic Amstel River. The river, which runs directly into the heart of the city, boasts some truly spectacular scenery and is often the setting for various events throughout the year, including the popular rowing races Head of the River Amstel and Heineken Roei vierkamp.
A fabulous selection of shops, cafes and restaurants can all be found close by, as can an array of public transport links, which provide an excellent connection throughout the rest of the city.A short walk away from the apartment will lead you to one of Amsterdam’s prettiest parks, the scenic Sarphatipark, which offers the perfect setting for a peaceful picnic. Another of the city’s much-loved parks can also be found just across the River Amstel – the magnificent Oosterpark, which is definitely worthy of a visit. Designed by the Dutch landscape architect, Leonard Anthony Springer, in 1891, the park was created to represent an ‘English Garden’ and it also contains two iconic structures; the National Slavery Monument and a memorial to film maker Theo van Gogh.

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival
- The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
- Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
- By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
- Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:
- If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
- The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
- It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
- The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.
The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
