Brouwer Apartment – Live the life in Amsterdam’s historic hotposts Brouwersgracht.

Brouwer Apartment is situated on the first floor of a 17th century canal house and has a private entrance. It has recently (2014) been totally renovated, combining modern comfort with traditional monumental 17th century features, such as wooden ceiling beams. It has a splendid three windows view on the Brouwersgracht, one of the capital’s most beautiful and quiet canals.

The Rates

Rates start at € 150 per night, with a minimum of three nights, the special weekly rate is € 980

Rates are exclusive the 5% tourist tax that is to be paid at the property.


Check in and check out

Check in time is 16.00 hrs and check out time 11.00 hrs but if neccesary we generally can be flexible and an early luggage drop off is always possible.


Conditions

If your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administration fee of 25 euro) if the cancellation is made 2 months in advance
  • 50% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made between two months and 14 days before arrival date
  • 20% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days of arrival
  • No refund if the length of stay is shortened after arrival
