A beautiful apartment on ground floor with view on the Amstel Canal! Newly built downstairs large (85m2) 2 room apartment on quiet east-shore of the Amstel river. Just (rowing)boats, bikes and flowers. Walk downtown (1 km) along the river and meet our riverside restaurants and bars. Or take metro at 250m.

Large bathroom, double bed (160×200), extra sleeping couch. Kitchen: cooking range, microwave/oven, toaster, pans, coffee-maker, refrigerator. Shared front door with us (we live on the 2 floors above the apartment). We have all the city information and guide you. We speak German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, English.

View onto the garden. Garden+deck may be used, BBQ-place,entry to this by hallway. Bedroom on the streetside (very large) may also be used as an office.

WiFi, datacable, TV DVD, stereo, furnishing, washing machine+dryer, heated floors, storage. Some bikes for rent.

Private basement parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs € 14 per day excluding tax.
