The apartment
Elegant and cosy, the City Park three bedroom apartment comes with a modern edge but feels homely from the first moment you enter. The neutral colour palette of greys and browns with hints of creamy beige warms the place up for a great commence of your stay. The suites are located in a tranquil residential building with a spacious courtyard giving it an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling city. Tenants are completely free in the use of the space. Housing, business, or a combination. This creates a solid mix of a free variable functions. A night porter is available for security as well as to ensure a calm and private environment.

 

The living room 
The open plan living/dining area has a serene atmosphere with a lot of natural light coming in through the large windows. It’s furnished with an elegant sofa, two armchairs, an ornamental cupboard and for your entertainment there is a Flat Screen TV.

The kitchen
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your own meals: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and beautiful dolphin grey cabinets filled with crockery and cutlery.

The bedrooms
The three bedrooms are stylish, cosy and bright with large windows. Two of them are fitted out with a double bed and the third one has two single beds. The bathroom The bathroom is also very bright and spacious with a long Japanese style sink, a separate shower and a big relaxing bathtub. There is a second bathroom and a water closet. We also have the City Park Apartment V. That apartment is on the fourth floor and it can house another six extra persons when traveling with a bigger group!
