City South Studio – Nice & Comfortable Studio!

The City South Studio is elegant, stylish, unfussy and yet it’s a very cosy accommodation located in Amsterdam South.


The Studio is located in a calm building with a spacious courtyard and 24/7 service. It’s a calm oasis in the centre of the bustling city, which makes them especially suitable for families and senior visitors. A nightporter is available to ensure a calm environment.


The Accommodation
The City South Studio, stylish and the perfect location to start your holiday. The neutral colour palette of greys and browns with hints of creamy beige warms the place up. The result is a contemporary home with a modern edge. The open plan living/dining area has a serene atmosphere with a lot of natural light coming in through the large windows.


A partition separates the living/dining room from the sleeping area, which is fitted out with a double bed. There is a handsome dining table for two next to the kitchen – fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals plus a very convenient dishwasher. The bathroom is white tile fresh with a fantastic shower head. And for your entertainment there is Flat Screen TV.


This apartment is located in a Solid building. A Solid is a beautiful sustainable building that gives space to what people want. Tenants are completely free in the use of the space. Housing, business, or a combination. This creates a solid mix of a free variable functions. A Solid is a ‘city in a building’.

Bus from Schiphol Airport
Take BusLine 300 towards “Amstelveen”. Disembark at bus stop “Oranjebaan”. From Oranjebaan switch to Tram 5 towars Kronenburg [ 5 min walk from the busstop “Kronenburg”]

Terms & Conditions

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
