A very comfortable & luxurious self-catering apartment on a quiet little square that is very centrally located. Ideal for a family or group of four within close distance of many of Amsterdam’s highlights.

 

The Living room & Dining

The living area comes with a relaxing sofa, two soft chairs and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Here you will also find the wooden dining table with dining chairs and a fully equipped open plan kitchen featuring a stove, dishwasher, microwave oven combination, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

 

The bedrooms

The master bedroom has plenty of natural light coming through the large windows and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, mirror, large wardrobe closet and en-suite bathroom. In this en-suite bathroom you will find a bath, toilet and sink . The second bedroom also features a double bed. The second bathroom offers a single shower, toilet, sink and mirror.

 

The bathrooms

The two bathrooms have been designed as serene places to wake up after your night rest and have a modern white twist with grey tiling.

Location
Located close by the Nieuwmarkt (New Market) and Rembrandt square, in a quiet and a picturesque side street with canals all around.The Nieuwmarkt is a square, popular for its cafes, restaurants and markets. It is close to Waterloo Square, Dam Square, Central Station, China Town, and all the major sights and attractions are fairly within walking distance. The Amsterdam nightlife on the Rembrandt Square is only a five minutes walk. There is easy access to public transport from Rembrandt Square.

From Schiphol to the Apartment : €40 – €55

 

Train & Metro 51 [40min]
First take a train from “Schiphol Airport” to “Amsterdam Zuid”. From “Amsterdam Zuid” switch to Metroline 51 towards Central Station. Disembark at the metrostop : ” Nieuwmarkt”. From the metro stop it’s a 3 min walk to the Apartment.

 

Bus from Schiphol Airport [56min]
Line 341 to bus stop: “Amsterdam Zuid ” from there you switch to bus line 65 to “Javaplein” [ 12 min walk from the bus stop ]

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
