Palm II provides all the comfort you require, such as a flat screen color TV, a docking-station for your iPod/iPhone, wireless broadband internet access as well as a comfortable sofa and armchairs.
The room has been decorated to the highest standards and is the ideal place for your next visit to Amsterdam.You are welcome to use the combination washing/tumble dryer machine.

Sleeping and bathing

The semi separate bedroom has a double bed, separable into twin beds. Bed linen and soft towels are also provided.

The compact bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washbasin.

Fully equipped kitchen

The communal kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee-machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are provided. Coffee, tea and Dutch “stroopwafels” (treacle waffles) are initially provided on a complimentary basis as well as the beverages in the refrigerator (soft drinks, mineral water and beer).

The Rates

Rates start at € 150 per night, with a minimum of three nights, the special weekly rate is € 980

Rates are exclusive the 5% tourist tax that is to be paid at the property.

Check in and check out

Check in time is 16.00 hrs and check out time 11.00 hrs but if neccesary we generally can be flexible and an early luggage drop off is always possible.

Conditions

If your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administration fee of 25 euro) if the cancellation is made 2 months in advance
  • 50% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made between two months and 14 days before arrival date
  • 20% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days of arrival
  • No refund if the length of stay is shortened after arrival
