Large and beautiful home, loft look a like near the city center of Amsterdam with a private parking spot behind the house. 7 minutes by bike or public transport to the central station.

Sleeps 6 to 8 depending on the needs. There is a total 3 bedrooms;
One with a king size double bed and one in the studio with a king size bed and a extra room with a queen size bed, a huge living room, a big office with a fireplace, a very large kitchen where all the family can eat and a nice bathroom with bath tub and separate walk-inn rain shower. BIG outside sundeck. Its a very big apartment with high ceilings build in a former school including a Home Cinema set.

Location
Situated in a lively neighborhood with nice little creative shops, bakery, meat, cheese and wine and other specialized shops, breakfast places and restaurants and two big supermarkets and shopping mall for daily groceries are on walking distance. In walking distance you’ll find one of the few windmills left and the only Amsterdam brewery. Also access to all forms of public transport with the city center and main museum within 10 minutes reach.

The famous Amsterdam canals and Leidseplein (shopping, clubbing, restaurants and sight seeing) without having to change trams. Rijksmuseum opened after being 10 years closed as is the MOMA and the beautiful van Gogh. All in reach of 8 minutes by public transport.

A big lake is 5 minutes by car. Also ideally located as a touring base to see the characteristic typical little Dutch villages which are close bye. As a European base you can visit the other best cities in Europe as Paris, Brussels or Berlin by high speed train or car. The sea is nearby, Zandvoort is easily reached by train (20 min), Bloemendaal is only 30 minutes by car. Not only the beaches are great but also the surrounding area with the sand dunes are great for walking- or cycling tours. South of Zandvoort there are the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen, a beautiful nature reserve. And 3 kilometers further north, IJmuiden is a favorite spot for kite-surfers.

No loud music and private parties with loud noise because the apartment is adjacent to our house and more people are living in this building.
